Support our Operations team by improving internal workflows—from technical documentation and new system rollouts to hands-on project support and process standardization.

Your responsibilities

  • Create and maintain technical documentation (manuals for production, installation, and maintenance)
  • Support operations projects and assist with project-related tasks
  • Help standardize processes and introduce digital workflows (e.g., as part of our ERP implementation)
  • Work closely with production and logistics to incorporate direct feedback into our processes

Your profile

  • Enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable program
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on mindset and not afraid to ask questions to understand processes end-to-end
  • Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with office tools; quick to learn new software; basic coding knowledge is a plus

Manufacturing & Field Deployment Technician (m/f/d) — Electrician / Automotive Mechatronics

Build and deploy our systems in real operations. Your focus is assembling, commissioning, and continuously improving our hardware— both in-house and directly on-site with customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire our systems (mechanical & electrical)
  • Build complete units including functional end-of-line tests
  • Perform quality checks, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
  • Prepare and execute customer installations (on-site deployments)
  • Support maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement of our hardware
  • Document builds, tests, and field feedback

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training as electrician, electronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician, or similar
  • Experience with electrical systems; confident in wiring and handling components
  • Strong practical skills and enjoyment of hands-on work
  • Structured, reliable way of working
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer on-site work
  • Motivation to see systems in real operations and improve them continuously
